Multivariate cholesky decomposition model

Figure 1 represents the multivariate Cholesky decomposition model. The rectangular boxes represent the phenotype EOE (Emotional Over-Eating), measured at three time points– 16 months, 5 years, and 12 years. The latent factors of additive genetic effects (A), shared environmental effects (C), and non-shared environmental effects (E) are represented within circles. The unique contribution of A, C, and E at each time point is represented by A1, C1, E1, A2, C2, and so on. The effects carried over from one time point to another is denoted by a11, a21, a31, c11, and so on
